DISCLAIMER:
Below you will find a Parasite Cleanse Protocol that I have done for my first deworming. My mum designed it. Keep in mind that although this Protocol contains all the details, it was created to give an example and raise awareness. If you follow it, you are the only one responsible for your health. Before attending any cleanse, please consult your doctor.
3 WEEKS PARASITE CLEANSE GUIDE
Before doing this Parasite Cleanse Protocol, please read the following articles:
When To Do Parasite Cleanse?
- 3-5 days before the New Moon or Full Moon,
- after wintertime, during the spring.
Spring is also the time when all needed herbs start to grow. We change the diet to lighter. All goes hand to hand.

What Includes This Parasite Cleanse Protocol?
This Parasite Cleanse Protocol is based on my mums’ knowledge. She is a pharmacist, but most importantly, she is passionate about naturotherapy.
3 weeks length
This Parasite Cleanse Protocol includes:
3 Weeks Parasite Cleanse Guide
DIET
The diet is VERY IMPORTANT. Without it the deworming won’t make any sense. Through the diet we are starving the parasites and in some extension preventing them from growing and reproducing.
Vegetarian
Most recommended diet. You can still eat eggs and well cooked fish (the best are fish soups)
Vegan
Not required, but very beneficial.
Bio Products
Try to eat bio products and use herbs from the ecological farms.
SUGAR - Most Important
- any artificial sweats, like chocolate, candies, cookies, cakes should not be consumed. Sweat fruits, like bananas, or dry fruits especially raisins should be avoided. Also say goodbye to honey and any products that are sweetened, like marmalade, sweat drinks and so on etc.
MODIFIED FOOD - Important
Reach in fragrance, artificial flavorings, preservatives and so on.
Because parasites loves chemicals, like chlorine, radium, cesium, polonium and other…
DAIRY - Important
Milk, yogurt, cheese and so on. You can though drink a sour goat milk to help to rebuild bacterial flora.
Gluten Products
Especially do not consume products from white flour, like bread, buns or pasta.
RULES
DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS
Drinking a lot of fluids helps the organism to clean itself from the dead parasites. Also after Parasites Party the body will be dehydrated.

HELP YOUR BODY DEVELOP GOOD BACTERIAS
A proper bacterial flora with a proper pH in the organism helps to eliminate fungus and parasites.
When you kill the parasites (when you do the Parasite Cleanse) it’s a good bacteria’s task to clean the mess. From the killed parasites comes out the other bacteria, which are new to our organism. In order to prevent the body intoxication, we need to have strong bacterial flora.
- probiotics are not the best solution, as not many of them are good,
- the best way is to eat a lot of silage food and drink a sour goat milk.

BIND TOXINS
During the Parasite Cleanse and necessarily after Parasites Party you should eat something that brings toxins together and protects you against intoxication.
- Locust bean gum/ Carob Bean [Ceratonia siliqua]
- 2 tablespoons for one glass of water,
- Drink 3 times a day between meals.
- L-Ornithine
- Enterosgel

IN ADDITION
Deworm the animals at the same time
Clean your sheets
Minimize the usage of artificial cosmetics
Try to buy natural products. All of this is to reduce the presence of chemicals.
Eat regularly
Sleep well
Avoid stress

How To Prepare Herbs
There are few rules which you should be aware of when preparing the herbs.
Use a plastic or wooden spoon to prepare all the herbs.
Use a container from glass and use enamel or glass pots.
Do not use metal cookware, like pots or spoons to prepare the herbs.
Herbs doesn’t like the contact with metal, because it weakens their properties.
For more information, watch the video below.

Enema
Enema supports the process of body detoxification. Otherwise there is a huge possibility that the toxins stays in the body and make the person sick. This is why I used an enema during 3 weeks Parasite Cleanse and this is why one of the enema liquid ingredients are herbs that supports cleaning the large intestine from dead parasites and toxins produced by them.
Proceed an Enema at the end of the 2nd and 3rd week of Parasite Cleanse, in the morning after Parasite Party. (See Parasite Cleanse Schedule).

Where can i buy the herbs from
Hey Johnny,
I bought the herbs in Poland in a local Healthy Life shops, also some of them I took from my garden. I think you can find most of these herbs online f.ex. on Amazon or in your local natural shops. Also remember to research more about Parasite Cleanse, before doing it. There are many different ways to do it. You can also contact a naturotherapist for an advice. 🙂
For the parasite party is it necessary to use Cognac? Will other types of alcohol work?
The best properties for parasite cleanse (parasite parties) has Cognac. Not all alcohols will work here. Cognac is the best.
Can the cognac be replaced with something non-alcoholic? I can’t have alcohol because of my prescription medications. I could have seizures if I were to drink any alcohol at all.
Hey, You can do the Parasite Party without alcohol. Simply skip it and follow the rest. Also before doing this Parasite Cleanse, I would suggest you to contact your doctor and ask if any of the herbs and procedures won’t interact with the medications you are taking.
Hi Basia. Thank u for very informative protocol and sharing with us your knowledge. I’m going to try your parasite cleanse. My body need good parasite cleanse. For the binder should I choose one product u recommended or all 3 of them ? Stay safe. Hugs to u and Mama.
Hi Mira, it depends on how you feel. If your body takes the cleanse good, only one or none is totally fine. The protocol includes many herbs that are already helping the body to get rid of toxins. I went through the cleanse pretty good, so I was drinking just carob (I also like it and drink it anyway, even without the cleanse) and I didn’t drink it regularly. If you though feel sick all the time, nauseous and so on, you may want to take Enterosgel (which I tried later on, when I had a food poisoning in China. It works well) or l-Ornithine (this I have never tried, it was just recommended by a friend). Good luck with the cleanse and please share your experience afterwards!
Hi Basia. I can watch u sweetheart all day. U have amazing worm trustful personality. I watch your video with liver cleanse. And my heart melted when I was listening your Mama. I did 6 times liver cleanse drinking oil and Epsom salt. Just before I started the cleanse I drank natural apple cider vinegar every day to soften stones for 6 days. And no meat or dairy for that time. My stones come different shades of green. But again amazing video of liver cleanse. Thank u so much for sharing. Be safe. Hugs from Canada.
Hi Mira, thank you for your lovely comment and sharing your liver cleanse methods and experience 👍 Wish you all the best ❤️
Hi Basia. Thanks for the great information on your blog. I am on the second week of this parasite cleanse and it is hard but it is going ok! I am quite tired so cannot exercise like I normally can. Maybe thus is due to detoxification, or I thought maybe the diet. I wondered if you would make a blog specifically about what you ate during this cleanse? I am a bit co fised about strach content. Is it ok to eat oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, lentils? I am unsure where to draw the line on sugar as there is lots of contradicting information out there on the web. Thanks so much! Best, Molly
Hey Molly, thank you for your comment and sharing your experience. The diet in the Parasite Cleanse is not specific and strict. It is more of a guidance. The most important rule is to not eat sweets and I mean by that artificial sweets and sweeteners (like honey or molasses). The rest are more into try to avoid. You should eat as you’ve been eating before, but without any sweet snacks. It is totally okay to eat oats, brown rice (very good), sweet potatoes, lentils, beens, and so on. It is not a keto diet that you avoid fructose at all costs. It is a normal diet with consciousness to make it less attractive for parasites, so no artificial sweets and also I wouldn’t eat too much banana or sweet fruits. The rest – eating vegetarian, no diary, etc. is recommended but not strict. Just observe your body and see what kind of food makes you, your body feel better. I hope that is a bit helpful. Good luck! And waiting for a comment when you already finish the cleanse 😉 🙌
Hello Basia: Thank you so much for such great info and site! Can you tell me how and how much of the Ornithine and enterosgel to take when you are doing a parasite detox? And is there a good time of when to take these relative to eating or taking the castor oil? Thank you, Laurie
Hello Laurie,
The amount of Ornithine and Enterosgel you take depends on how you feel. The better you feel, the less you need them. Definitely don’t exceed the amount recommended on the label. Also, I would choose one of them, not both. I only took a few times Enterosgel, and also not during my Parasite Cleanse, but when I felt heavy on my stomach, and I ate something like street food, fast food. Regarding when you eat it, please follow the recommendations on the product. I hope that was helpful. Good luck!
Hi Basia,
First of all, I LOVE your videos! Easy to watch and fun too 🙂
I would like to know whether I can substitute the elderberry powder. It’s hard to find at the moment where I live. I have açai powder at home, and of course dog rose-hip powder. It would be great if I could use the açai but if doubling up on the dog rose-hip is best, I’ll go with that one. But maybe you have another suggestion! I can imagine that availability across the globe is different.
Best, Maria
Hi Basia, thanks for doing this <3
Does it matter if we buy castor oil that is cold pressed or roasted?
Best, Maria
